As a loyal fan of Haidilao, I was truly amazed by this Northeastern-style spicy hot pot! First of all, the broth was incredibly rich and thick, perfectly capturing the sticky essence of Northeastern spicy hot pot. It was spicy with a rich milky aroma, fresh, smooth, and every sip of broth coated the ingredients, making it incredibly satisfying. The noodles were also fantastic; even after cooking, they remained chewy and tender, never becoming mushy or soggy. Besides the included generous toppings, I added some vegetables and meatballs myself. The seasoning packet was very generous, and the whole pot remained flavorful without needing any extra seasoning. It's also incredibly easy to prepare; you can recreate the restaurant's taste in just a few minutes. It's a godsend for those who crave spicy hot pot but don't want to go out! Both the delivery speed and the product quality met my expectations. Overall, it's great value for money and has already been added to my must-buy list. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves rich, flavorful hot pot – you can't go wrong!
