The quality is acceptable. The pull-out part of the faucet is made of plastic, probably because copper is too heavy. The rest is metal, likely copper, and the part with the fixing screws is probably steel. However, the hot and cold water pipes and the mixing pipe are all copper, which is good, as copper has antibacterial properties. The flexible hoses are definitely not copper, but the main hose is quite sturdy, probably due to wear and tear from the counterweight during daily use. The color looks sophisticated, and it's quite heavy overall, which is pretty good. I think it should be quite durable. The hot and cold water hoses are also included, which is convenient. I was out today, so I didn't answer the delivery guy's call and left it at the security guard's office, which is quite far. I've already contacted JD.com customer service, and next time they should deliver to my door or schedule a specific time via SMS. Only distinguishing between morning and afternoon is inconvenient, especially since there are delivery stations in the city. It should be possible to schedule delivery within a specific hour, which would make it easier for everyone to plan their time. Overall, it's much better than most courier companies in France.
