Send a Joybuy Digital Gift Card by email on the relevant Joybuy country site.
Gift Cards are usually delivered within 1 hour, although delivery may be delayed if additional verification is required.

Where it can be used
Gift Cards be used only on the Joybuy country site for which they are issued, only for eligible products, and not for other gift cards, stored-value products, or certain restricted digital items.

Validity & Restrictions
Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from issuance, are non-reloadable, cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, transferred for value, or moved to another account, and any remaining order balance must be paid using another available payment method.

Refunds
Refunds may be requested only within 14 days of receipt if the Gift Card has not been added to an account or used; refunded Gift Card amounts are generally returned to the original card.

Risk of Loss
Please carefully review the delivery details for both physical and digital Gift Cards.
Responsibility for the Gift Card passes upon electronic delivery, and except where required by applicable law, Joybuy is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use after delivery.
