After using it, I unfortunately discovered two major flaws: 1. The water doesn't come out as steam, but as squirts like from a water pistol. 2. The loose plastic cover, which is stuck onto the suction arm, significantly reduces suction power. This is because it doesn't seal properly at the sides. It would have been better if it had been mounted as a single unit on the suction arm. The result: lukewarm squirts with no suction power.
