I have bought the "old" Sensitive Post Shave Balm for years. It could not be beat. Clean, moisturizing, and refreshing. Not so the "new" product. The "new" formula has an undesirable "feel", not clean, moisturizing, nor refreshing. Since the ingredients listed on the box are the same, I have to assume the difference originates in the boast on the new box "Formulated without parabens" . Parabens have been used for over 100 years in products in very small amounts. If this is the reason, please go back to including it in your formula. If that is not the reason, whatever has been changed, reverse the decision. Remember the "New Coke" fiasco? I will no longer purchase Nivea Sensitive Post Shave Balm-an old friend. You had a great product.

The pump is the best way (imho) to use this lotion. I guess I will be regulated to transferring from new bottle to old. It really surprises me you product development team didn't think about this.
