Among the many flavors, the Korean kimchi flavor of Shin Ramyun had the most perfectly balanced spiciness, retaining the characteristic flavor of Shin Ramyun without being overly pungent. The broth was especially commendable—rich and flavorful, with the kimchi flavor blended naturally and harmoniously without being overpowering. The noodles were incredibly chewy and springy after cooking. It's especially suitable for cooking with vegetables, eggs, and ham, allowing them to fully absorb the savory broth and creating a more complex and flavorful bowl. It's easy to prepare and is my top choice for instant noodles that I'll definitely repurchase.
