Usage Instructions (Stir-Fry Method):

1. Prepare Ingredients: You will need the 120g sauce, 350g of Korean rice cakes (tteok), roughly 100-120ml of water, along with optional ingredients like fish cakes, onions, and garlic.
2. Combine and Boil: Add the rice cakes, sauce, fish cakes, and onions to a pan with the water.
3. Cook: Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer over low heat for approximately 4–5 minutes.
4. Finish: Stir occasionally until the sauce thickens and the rice cakes are soft.
5. Optional Toppings: Top with green onions, boiled eggs, or cheese before serving. 

Other Uses

Beyond traditional tteokbokki, the sauce can be used to add a spicy-sweet flavor to stir-fried rice or as a general marinade for other stir-fry dishes.
