Thawing Instructions

For a quick thaw, place the desired amount in a colander under cold running water until thawed. Drain well. Refrigerate after thawing to enhance flavor and texture.

Cooking Instructions

Drop shrimp in boiling water. When water reaches second boil,cook until done.(Approximately 1-3 minutes cooking times vary by size ) Stire occasionally for even cooking. Drain and immense in cold water and Chill.DO NOT OVER COOKED
