Detailed Product Description
This curated 10-sheet pack provides a complete surface preparation solution for detail sanding. The aluminum oxide abrasives deliver consistent performance across wood, metal, paint, and plastic substrates. Progress from heavy material removal (60-grit) to ultra-fine finishing (240-grit) with optimized dust extraction through pre-punched holes. Ideal for furniture restoration, automotive bodywork, and drywall finishing where multi-grit workflows are essential.
Direction for Use
For the 60-grit sheets, use them to remove deep scratches and imperfections by applying firm pressure on wood and using circular motions on metal. The 80/120-grit sheets are ideal for smoothing tool marks; apply light to medium pressure and employ cross-grain strokes on wood. Finally, the 240-grit sheets are used for the final surface preparation before finishing, applying ultra-light pressure parallel to the grain.
Materials
Abrasive: Aluminum oxide grains (60/80/120/240 grit). Backing: E-weight cellulose paper (160g/m²). Bond: Phenolic resin. Adapter: Nylon loop fabric.
Product Warnings
Wear EN 166-certified goggles and a NIOSH P100 respirator. Never sand without vacuum extraction. Test for lead/asbestos before sanding unknown surfaces. Avoid cross-contamination by dedicating specific grits to materials and never skipping grit progression. Replace sheets when cutting speed decreases. Store unused sheets sealed.
