Consume after cooking. Boil a large amount of water in a large pan (approximately 1 liter of water per 100 grams of pasta recommended). Add the pasta and stir gently to separate the strands, cooking vigorously for about 2 minutes. Immediately drain the pasta in a colander and rinse thoroughly under cold running water to stop the cooking process and remove surface starch. Drain again before using in your chosen recipe.
