Usage Instructions

• Spread beans on a tray to remove any small stones or debris. Rinse thoroughly under cold water.

• Soak beans in plenty of cold water for 4-6 hours or overnight to reduce cooking time and improve digestibility.

•  Drain soaked beans, add fresh water (ratio ~1:3 beans to water), and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes until tender.

  • Cook longer until very soft and beginning to break down.

  • Cook until just tender but still intact, then drain.

•  Ensure beans are fully cooked and soft before consumption. Do not consume raw or undercooked.
