It's powdered soy milk, if you like soy milk, well it tastes like that! I got it to try as I normally use powdered moo milk which has gotten a bit too dear lately. Results: I think it goes well with coffee as does normal soy milk, but just like normal soy milk, not really for tea. Otherwise very happy and am a repeat customer. Bonus - it's higher in protein than cows' milk. If the price remains good value I'll keep buying it.
