How to Use Points

1. Scope of Use

Joybuy Points (hereinafter referred to as 'Points' or 'points') can only be used within Joybuy. If a user's account is suspended, Joybuy will revoke the user's right to use the points associated with that account.

Joybuy Points can be redeemed at a specified ratio as a discount on the actual in future orders, excluding postage. Points cannot be used to pay for certain products in special categories. The final applicability is determined based on the actual checkout.

Points are independent on each of the Joybuy sites. The balance and point details can be accessed via https://www.joybuy.com/profile/points-activity. It is the balance available to users on the current site.

2. Points Validity Period

Points shall remain valid from the date they are earned until the end of the corresponding month in the following calendar year. For example, points earned on July 2, 2025, will expire on July 31, 2026.

If a product purchased with points is returned or the order is canceled before it is completed, and the points used are still within the validity period, they will be refunded to the account. Refunded points will retain their original expiry date. Should the points have expired when the order cancellation or return processing occurs, they will not be refunded.

3. Instructions for Using Points at Checkout

When placing an order, points can be used to offset the amount due at a ratio of 100:1

A maximum of 50% of the total amount of products can be offset using points per order.

How to Earn Points

1. Buy and Save

Users can earn points through their purchases. Product detail pages will indicate whether points can be earned. The sources of points include the following two categories:

1.1 For Joybuy Plus members only: Earn points on daily purchases

Members can earn points on their everyday purchases on Joybuy. The number of points awarded is based on the actual amount paid for the products and the category of the products. In calculation. Points are calculated according to the base ratio below and rounded to nearest whole number.

1.2 For all users: Earn points from item bonus

From time to time, Joybuy runs deals on selected products that allow all users to earn points—no membership required.

NOTES: Users will receive points only after their order is completed and the following conditions are met.

Only physical product orders purchased through the Joybuy website (domain: joybuy.com) are eligible for point rewards. Certain product categories (such as gold) are excluded from earning points. The final eligibility is subject to the actual transaction and settlement.

The actual product payment amount refers to the amount paid specifically for products using Credit card/Debt card/Paypal/Wechat/Klarna. Shipping fees are not eligible for point rewards.

An order is considered "completed" when it is marked as completed in the system and has not undergone any return procedures. Points will be automatically credited after the order is completed. To check your points, please visit: https://www.joybuy.com/profile/points-activity

The number of points awarded is based on the product payment amount and the corresponding reward ratio at the time the order is completed.

Points Reversal Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

If a product is returned, the points earned from that product will be deducted accordingly. If the points have already been used, an equivalent amount will be deducted from your refund. If the order included other discounts or promotions, the refund will be processed according to the corresponding discount rules. Additional Point Deduction Rules:

For orders that qualify for free shipping, if the order is split into two or more sub-orders, and the user cancels or rejects one or more of the sub-orders, resulting in the remaining sub-order(s) no longer meeting the free shipping threshold, Joybuy reserves the right to deduct points equivalent to the shipping cost (100 points = £1 shipping fee) .If the user's account does not have sufficient points to cover the deduction, the order will be automatically canceled. If part or all of the remaining sub-orders have already been delivered and the order cannot be canceled, Joybuy reserves the right to deduct existing or future earned points from the user's account to offset the corresponding shipping cost.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping (i.e.,shipping fees apply), if the order is split into two or more sub-orders and the customer cancels or rejects part of the order, the original shipping fee remains unchanged. If the system refunds more shipping than it should, Joybuy reserves the right to reclaim the excess by deducting points, at a rate of 100 points =£1

2. Rules for Using Points with Different Validity Periods

Points with different validity periods may be combined for use. When redeeming points, those nearing expiration will be prioritized for deduction.
