The prawn filling is fresh-tasting and slightly sweet, which is typical for har gow. The wrapper is reasonably thin and soft after steaming. They are easy to prepare and make a nice addition to a dim sum-style meal at home. Not quite restaurant level, but still enjoyable for convenience. Overall, a decent option for shrimp dumplings.
