We offer a free 30 day return policy on most products from the date of receipt of your order, you can request a return and refund from the order page (see How do I return an item for a refund?). 

If a return is required, the item must be sent back within 14 calendar days after you submit your return request. If the item is not returned within this timeframe, the request may be automatically closed.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. In most cases, refunds are completed within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider. For more information, please see Refund Timing and Amount
