Is the instant discount amount final?
No. The estimated trade-in value of your old device and the corresponding instant discount applied at checkout are both temporary. The final trade-in value will be confirmed after our partner receives and verifies your old device.

Why might my bank show a temporary hold for the full price of the new device?
To help secure the transaction, your bank may place a temporary pre-authorisation on your payment card for up to the full price of the new device.

This is not an additional charge and does not mean you have been charged the full price of the new device. However, it may temporarily reduce your available balance or credit limit until the pre-authorisation is released or adjusted.

How much do I actually pay today?
You pay the order total shown at checkout, after the temporary instant discount has been applied.

What happens after my old device is verified?

• If the final trade-in value matches the estimated value, no adjustment to the discount amount is needed and the remaining temporary pre-authorisation will be released.

• If the final trade-in value is higher than the estimate, the difference will be paid to you.

• If the final trade-in value is lower than the estimate, we will tell you the revised trade-in value and the reason for the change. You have 7 calendar days to accept or reject the revised value. If you accept, the difference between the estimated and final trade-in values will be charged to your original payment method. If you reject, the trade-in will be cancelled, your old device will be returned free of charge, and the full temporary instant discount you received will be charged back to your original payment method.

• If you do not respond within 7 calendar days, you will not be deemed to have accepted the revised value. Our partner will contact you. If you still do not explicitly accept, our partner will cancel the trade-in after giving you reasonable notice and return your old device free of charge. The full temporary instant discount you received will be charged back to your original payment method.

What happens if I do not send my old device?
You must send your old device within 7 calendar days using the free shipping label provided. If you do not send it on time, the trade-in will be cancelled and the full temporary instant discount you received will be charged back to your original payment method.

What happens if I cancel or return the new device?
If you cancel your new device order or request a refund after sending your old device, the trade-in will not be cancelled automatically. The trade-in for your old device will continue as a separate transaction. Once verification is complete, our partner will pay the final trade-in value directly to you by bank transfer.
