If you choose this option, the estimated trade-in value of your old device will not be deducted from the price of your new device at checkout. You will pay the full price of the new device first. Once our trade-in partner has received and inspected your old device, the final trade-in value will be paid to you by bank transfer.

The estimated trade-in value is not the final price. The final value will be determined based on the actual model and condition of your device:

The final value is the same as the estimate: You will receive the estimated trade-in value.

The final value is higher than the estimate: You will receive the higher final trade-in value.

The final value is lower than the estimate: We will notify you of the revised value and explain the reason. If you accept it, the revised amount will be paid to you. If you reject it, your device will be returned free of charge. If you do not respond, this will not be treated as acceptance of the revised value.

If you cancel or return your new device after sending your old device, your trade-in will not be cancelled automatically. It will continue as a separate transaction, and the final trade-in value will be paid to you by bank transfer after inspection.
